The famous and delicious “Paella Mixta”, a mixture of seafood that combines its flavors and aromas with the fruits of the land. The gathering combines the food preparation with a magical scene where we all wait for when that moment finally comes and we get to taste the result of such aromatic and fresh mixtures. Ingredients:
Pork 400 gm
Chicken 300 gm
Shrimp 250 gm
Squid 250 gm
Octopus 250 gm
Clams 200 gm
Mussels 200 gm
1 sweet chili
1 medium onion
4 cloves of garlic
Salt to taste
Olive oil
Food coloring
Rice 1 kg
Preparation:
Fry the onion, garlic and sweet chili. Add the pork and chicken and continue frying. Once they are golden, add the squid, octopus, shrimp, clams and mussels. Stir-fry and add the fish fillet. Boil for 5 minutes. Add the rice, salt and coloring. Cook for 15 or 20 minutes. Let the rice rest for 5 minutes and decorate with bell pepper and lemon.
